ORDERING POLICY

Ordering at www.muddywater.in is simple and customer friendly. Browse the website to make your purchase. Select the products you want to shop, enter the quantity you desire, and click on "Add to Cart". Once done with adding all items to the cart, please click on “Check Out.”

You can also save items in your wish list for buying them later by clicking on the heart icon beside “Add to Cart” on the product detail page. You will need to create an account and login first.

Don’t forget to add any Coupon Codes or Notes/Shipping Instructions before clicking on “Check Out”.

Please provide your contact details and shipping address. We request you to refer to all the payment options available to you. Once you have successfully opted for your payment mode and made your payment, your order will be placed online immediately. You will receive the order confirmation and details on WhatsApp on the phone number provided and/or on the email provided by you. We will verify details and process your order as soon as possible. We typically try to ship your order withing 24 hours through our courier partner. You will receive shipping notifications for your order on the phone number and/or email.

We accept orders for delivery in India, Canada, USA, UK and UAE. 

The ordering and payment method is different for any orders to be shipped outside of India or if the payment method used is PayPal. Please refer the below page for International Orders:

SHIPPING POLICY

Your orders are shipped from our warehouse through registered courier companies at your doorstep.

We try to ship the orders withing 24 hours but it may take up to 2 business days in some cases/during peak seasons. The COD orders need to confirmed by you on WhatsApp before we ship them. We may ask you to cinfirm your shipping address for COD orders either through a call or a WhatsApp message. 

Normally, purchased products will be delivered to your doorstep within 4-6 business days from the date of order. Delivery of all orders will be to the mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order. 

As per the laws of the land, we are obliged to send the Invoice copy along with the package as a part of the shipping document.

Muddy Water Cosmetics is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for damages must be reported to customer service along with the images of the damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.

PAYMENTS AND PRICING POLICY

  • Muddy Water Cosmetics product prices listed are current; however, these are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • All orders are acknowledged at the current pricing.
  • Our Products are liable to; and inclusive of GST.
  • www.muddywater.in is set up to take immediate orders accepted online through payments via Domestic and International credit cards issued by Banks and Institutions that are part of Visa / Master card. It also accepts Visa / Maestro Debit Cards issued by Indian Banks and Amex Cards or Net banking payment mode of selected banks of India. UPI is also accepted as the mode of payment.
  • For select banks in India – a full list is available at the time of check out and prior to making the payment for the purchase.
  • Payments on International Orders are completed through PayPal. The due invoices are sent through an email from the PayPal account of  Muddy Water Cosmetics. Please accept and pay for invoices received only through the following email - service@intl.paypal.com 

You may also make payment via "Cash on Delivery" (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product. However, this mode of payment facility may attract a convenience charge and is only available in the selected region/area as specified by Muddy Water Cosmetics. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, the COD option may or may not be available to you.

 

OUT OF STOCK POLICY

We apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused due to products marked out of stock, that are not available as we will be unable to fulfill them immediately. 

In exigencies, in case your order has been accepted by us but your selected product is unable to be delivered, we will contact you within 2 (two) business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled. 

If a product is out of stock, we may provide a “Pre-Order” facility where you can book your products even when they are out of stock, and we will ship it to you as soon as they become available.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

  • If you are not comfortable making an online payment on www.muddywater.in, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
  • Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupee (INR) is accepted.
  • To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality, and nearest landmark. Please also ensure that you provide the correct PIN Code and contact number.
  • When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. However, all COD orders need to be confirmed on WhatsApp by you before shipping. We will be sending an automated WhatsApp message for you to confirm the order. The team may call if needed.
  • In case we do not receive any response of order confirmation from you within 72 hours of order placement either through call or WhatsApp, your order may be cancelled. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product within 72 hours of the order placement.   • In case our team feels that the shipping address entered by you while placing the order is incomplete/invalid, we may call you to confirm the address.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at select non-serviceable locations. Hence, based on your location, the COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
  • A convenience charge on Cash on Delivery purchases may apply. It will be part of the Order Invoice.
  • The order amount has to be paid in full after receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
  • Muddy Water Cosmetics reserves the right to ship COD orders. In case the team feels the order details or purchase is dubious or not serviceable, we may cancel the order. You will receive the notification for the same. In case of any queries, you may call at +91-9990156633.

If the COD option is not available at your address you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card. In case you don't have NetBanking or Debit Card options, you can also pay through Paytm Wallets and UPI interface.
