🛍️ Ordering Process

Ordering on www.muddywater.in is simple and customer-friendly.

  • Shopping: Browse the website, select the desired products, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart." You can also choose "Buy it Now" if you are done browsing and want to buy a single product quickly.
  • Checkout: Once all items are added, click "Check Out."
  • Coupon Codes/Instructions: Don’t forget to apply any Coupon Codes or add Notes/Shipping Instructions before checking out.
  • Details: Provide your contact details and shipping address accurately.
  • Placing Order: After successfully choosing your payment mode and completing the payment, your order will be placed immediately.
  • Confirmation: You will receive the order confirmation and details via WhatsApp and/or email.
  • Wishlist: You can save items for later purchase by clicking the heart icon on the product page. (Requires account creation and login).

🌍 International Orders

  • We accept orders for delivery in India, Canada, USA, UK, and UAE.
  • Special Instructions: Orders shipped outside of India or paid for via PayPal have a different ordering and payment method. Please refer to the dedicated page for details here.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Your orders are shipped from our warehouse via registered courier companies.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the mailing address provided at the time of placing your order.
  • Invoicing: As per law, the Invoice copy will be sent along with the package as part of the shipping document.

Shipping Within India:

  • Confirmed orders placed before 1pm - dispatched on the same day and others within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • For most metropolitan areas, delivery takes about 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • For other areas, delivery takes about 4-6 business days after dispatch.

Shipping for International Orders:

  • Confirmed orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours
  • Delivery may take from 7-12 business days depending on the country of delivery.
  • If you need an Express Delivery, kindly reach out to us on WhatsApp or call +91-9990156633. The charges may vary for standard and express delivery.

⚠️ Damage Claims

  • Muddy Water Co is not responsible for damage AFTER delivery.
  • All claims for damages must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery along with videos/images of the damaged products.

💳 Payments and Pricing Policy

💲 Pricing

  • Product prices listed are current but are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All orders are acknowledged at the current pricing.
  • Our product prices are inclusive of GST.

🌐 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept various payment modes for Indian orders:

  • Cards: Domestic and International Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Visa/Maestro Debit Cards (Indian Banks), and Amex Cards.
  • Online Banking: Net banking of selected Indian banks.
  • Digital: All major UPI and Wallets are accepted.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • You may opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) to pay in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Convenience Charge: This mode may attract a convenience charge, which will be part of the Order Invoice.
  • Availability: COD is only available in India and in select regions/areas and may or may not be available to you based on your location and product choices.

📝 COD Terms & Conditions

  • Currency: Only Indian Rupee (INR) is accepted. Foreign currency is not accepted.
  • Address Details: Please ensure complete details (flat number, street name, PIN Code, contact number) are provided for timely delivery.
  • Payment & Package: The order amount must be paid in full after receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
  • Order Vetting: Muddy Water Co reserves the right to ship COD orders and may cancel orders if details or purchase seems dubious or non-serviceable.


    Confirmation Process (Mandatory)

    Every COD order requires confirmation before it can be shipped:

    ·       Initial Confirmation: You must confirm your order by responding to the WhatsApp message sent after placing the order.

    ·       Follow-Up Call: If you do not confirm via WhatsApp, a member of the Muddy Water Customer Care team will call you to confirm the order details (including name, shipping address, and phone number).

    ·       Shipping Condition: The COD order will be shipped only after all required information is confirmed and verified as satisfactory by our team.

     

    Delivery and Future Orders

    ·       Receiving the Order: Someone must be available at the shipping address to receive the order at the time of delivery.

    ·       Shipping Updates: Standard shipping messages and tracking details will be sent to the phone number and email address you provided during checkout.

    ·       Order Rejection Penalty: If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, the COD payment option will be permanently unavailable for all your future purchases.

🌍 International Payments (Non-India)

  • Payments are completed through PayPal.
  • Invoices are sent via email from the PayPal account of Muddy Water Cosmetics.
  • Safety Check: Only accept and pay for invoices received through the official email: service@intl.paypal.com.

🛡️ Safety of Online Transactions

  • We utilize processes to ensure your customer data is kept safe and secure for a worry-free shopping experience.

📦 Out of Stock Policy

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by products marked as out of stock.

  • Order Management: In rare cases where your order is accepted but a product cannot be delivered, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled.
  • Pre-Order: If a product is out of stock, we may offer a "Pre-Order" facility to book your items, which will be shipped to you as soon as they become available.
