Yes, we make every effort to be sustainable in not just our formulas but also in our packaging and delivery practices. We use biodegradable ingredients, only recyclable bottles and glass jars/bottles. We deliver your orders in 100% biodegradable shipping boxes with eco-friendly honeycomb for cushioning and paper tapes to reduce plastic consumption.

The only one-time plastic we use is the shrink wrap on the individual products to keep them clean and safe during transport. We are working to eliminate the shrink wrap as well but that may be a complex issue.

Absolutely! Our first policy is to create gentle products. All our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind and are perfectly suited to this skin type. Our products are formulated by keeping the most stringent European skin care standards and are dermatologically tested by 3rd party lab.

It is, however, important to understand whether your skin is sensitive or just allergic to a particular ingredient. For example, our Sulfate Free Face Cleanser Aqua Theory is made gentle and yet deep cleansing. Similarly, our Firming Face Serum Kiss of Love is made of 11 powerful ingredients which are not only effective but also help calm the skin.

Absolutely! All our products are cruelty free. We do NOT test on animals or use any animal derived ingredients. You can use Muddy Water products guilt-free.

All Muddy Water products use only vegan ingredients, and most are third-party lab certified vegan. Look for 100% Vegan certification on products.

We use ingredients and percentages that are safe as per the European skin care formulation guidelines. Any ingredients banned or questioned in Europe do not find any place in our compositions. People with sensitive skin can use the products. However, a patch test is always recommended to rule out any specific ingredient allergies you may have.

Short answer is NO. We do not use any known harmful chemicals in our products. We use safe ingredients as per European skin care formulation guidelines and shun any toxic/harsh ingredients. Every product is FDA approved. Our products are also dermatologically tested on real humans by a third-party lab.

Yes, you can order mini/smaller sizes from our website. Currently smaller sizes are available for the following 2 products: Good Graces – Overnight Radiance Cream and Aqua Theory – Hydrating Face Cleanser. We may introduce more minis/smaller packaging from time to time, and these will be listed alongside the full sizes.
