Absolutely! All our products are cruelty free. We do NOT test on animals or use any animal derived ingredients. You can use Muddy Water products guilt-free.

We make every effort to be sustainable in not just our formulas but also in our packaging and delivery practices. We use biodegradable ingredients, only recyclable bottles and glass jars/bottles for packaging.

We deliver your orders in 100% biodegradable shipping boxes with eco-friendly honeycomb for cushioning and paper tapes to reduce plastic consumption.

The only one time plastic we use is the shrink wrap on the individual products to keep them clean and safe during transport. We are working to eliminate the shrink wrap as well but that may be a complex issue.

We use ingredients and percentages that are safe as per the European skin care
formulation guidelines. Any ingredients banned or questioned in Europe does not
find any place in our compositions. People with sensitive skin can use the
products.

However, a patch test is always recommended to rule out any specific ingredient allergies you may have.

That's a great question! While all our products are formulated to be pregnancy and lactation safe, we don't have specific third-party certifications for pregnancy safety.

That said, we are a 100% transparent with our formulations and we recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page for your satisfaction.

Absolutely! Our first policy is to create gentle products. All our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind and are perfectly suited to this skin type. Our products are formulated keeping the most stringent European skin care standards and are
dermatologically tested by 3rd party lab.

It is however important to understand whether your skin is sensitive or just allergic to a particular ingredient.

For example, our Sulfate Free Face Cleanser Aqua Theory is made gentle and yet deeply cleansing. Similarly, our Firming Face Serum Kiss of Love is made of 11 powerful ingredients which are not only effective but also help calm the skin.

Absolutely! All Muddy Water products use only vegan ingredients, and most are third-party lab certified vegan. Look for 100% Vegan certification on products.

Yes, you can order mini/smaller sizes from our website. Currently smaller sizes are available for the following 2 products: Good Graces – Overnight Radiance Cream and Aqua Theory – Hydrating Face Cleanser.

We may introduce more minis/smaller packaging from time to time, and these will be listed alongside the full sizes.

All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day and others within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For most metropolitan areas, delivery takes about 2-4 business days after dispatch. For other areas, delivery takes about 4-6 business days after dispatch.

For your convenience, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for placing orders.

Confirmation Process (Mandatory)

Every COD order requires confirmation before it can be shipped:

• Initial Confirmation: You must confirm your order by responding to the WhatsApp message sent after placing the order.
• Follow-Up Call: If you do not confirm via WhatsApp, a member of the Muddy Water Customer Care team will call you to confirm the order details (including name, shipping address, and phone number).
• Shipping Condition: The COD order will be shipped only after all required information is confirmed and verified as satisfactory by our team.

Delivery and Future Orders

• Receiving the Order: Someone must be available at the shipping address to receive the order at the time of delivery.
• Shipping Updates: Standard shipping messages and tracking details will be sent to the phone number and email address you provided during checkout.
• Order Rejection Penalty: If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, the COD payment option will be permanently unavailable for all your future purchases.

Important Note

While we offer COD as a payment option, its availability remains at the
discretion of Muddy Water and is not guaranteed as a right.

2. In case you receive a damaged/leaked product/damaged packaging, please share package opening videos and pictures of damage at support@muddywater.in
   with subject "Damaged Product Received" or call at +91-9990156633. The team will investigate the video/evidence shared and respond on a case-by-case basis.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
