🛑 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if the request meets the following criteria:

  • Timeline: The cancellation request must be made either within 24 hours of placing the order OR before the order is "Shipped," whichever comes earlier.
  • Contact: To cancel, please contact customer care via WhatsApp or call at +91-9990156633.
  • Post-Shipment: No order can be cancelled once it has been marked as shipped.
  • Cancellation Charges: If your cancellation is accepted, no cancellation charges are applicable on your refund.

💰 Refund for Prepaid Cancellations

For cancelled prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

📦 Exchange, Return, and Refund

Due to the nature of the products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

🚫 General Policy: No Returns/Exchanges

  • Skincare products fall under a hygiene category. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on general preference or change of mind.
  • "Dislike" Claim: No refund will be provided if you simply "dislike" the product or its fragrance, as skincare is a subjective and personal preference.

✅ Exception: Damaged or Spoilt Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or spoilt, you are eligible for a potential refund subject to the following terms:

  • Reporting: You must call or message us on WhatsApp at +91-9990156633 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Proof: You must provide the package opening video/pictures clearly showing that the product was damaged before the package was opened by you.
  • Inspection: Product refunds are subject to inspection and checking by Muddy Water Co personnel. The evidence will be reviewed, and the refund will be accepted or rejected accordingly.

  • Exclusions: Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD) Convenience Charge

  • The Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge of Rs.20 is a non-refundable charge.
  • This charge may or may not be included in the refund value of your order.
  • Inclusion of the COD charge in the refund is at the sole discretion of Muddy Water Co and cannot be demanded by the customer.
