International Orders
Muddy Water now ships to select international destinations.
Read on if you are in Canada, USA, UK or UAE (select cities).
Write to us at support@muddywater.in if you want the products shipped to a different country.
Follow the process below to place your international orders:
Add items to the cart and Proceed to Checkout.
- In the Checkout Page, fill all details. Email is mandatory.
- Choose Pay Later With PayPal under Payment.
- Click on Complete Order. This will create your order. An order confirmation email with all order details, including Invoice amount will be sent to the customer provided email.
- After the order weight and delivery charge confirmation, an automated payment request from "service@intl.paypal.com" will be sent to the provided customer email id.
- Pay the order invoice using the "Pay Now" button in the email.
- You can either log in to your PayPal account (if you have one) or "Pay as a Guest". All major Credit/Debit cards are accepted.
- Once the transaction is complete, we will proceed to prepare and ship your order. You will receive the order tracking details in your email. Alternatively, you can track your order here – Track Order.
Note:
1. International delivery times may vary from 8-15 days depending on the location.
2. In case of weight more than 0.5Kg, additional delivery fee as applicable will be charged in the updated invoice.
