COD Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in India for select pin codes.

A charge of Rs. 20 may apply on COD orders.

Every COD order requires confirmation before it can be shipped:

·       Initial Confirmation: You must confirm your order by responding to the WhatsApp message sent after placing the order.

·       Follow-Up Call: If you do not confirm via WhatsApp, a member of the Muddy Water Customer Care team will call you to confirm the order details (including name, shipping address, and phone number).

·       Shipping Condition: The COD order will be shipped only after all required information is confirmed and verified as satisfactory by our team.

 

·       Receiving the Order: Someone must be available at the shipping address to receive the order at the time of delivery.

·       Shipping Updates: Standard shipping messages and tracking details will be sent to the phone number and email address you provided during checkout.

·       Order Rejection Penalty: If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, the COD payment option will be permanently unavailable for all your future purchases.

              While we offer COD as a payment option, its availability remains at the discretion of Muddy Water and is not guaranteed as a right.
